Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site to find a home and reach our office.
Effective October 2026
Our commitment
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely accepted standard for accessible websites. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving the site as we build and refine it.
What we do
We build this site with these things in mind:
- Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can follow the page.
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful images.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus styles for interactive elements.
- Labeled forms and clear link text.
- Color and contrast chosen for readability.
- A responsive layout that works across phones, tablets and desktops.
Known limits
Listing photos come from the multiple listing service and are supplied by many different brokerages, so they may not carry detailed descriptions. Maps and other third-party tools may not yet meet every standard. If a listing's photos or details are not usable for you, call us and we will describe the property and send the information in a format that works.
Tell us about a problem
If you run into a barrier on this site, or you need information in a different format, please let us know through the contact form or by calling 707-839-9658 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Tell us the page and what happened, and we will do our best to fix it and to get you what you need.
